Course Description
The Prevention of Workplace Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act applies throughout India. It states that women shall not experience sexual harassment in their workplaces. It defines sexual harassment and how to address it. Learners will gain an understanding of how to identify and report sexual harassment. They will learn the important role bystander intervention in reducing or halting workplace sexual harassment.
