OnCourse Learning Financial Services blog receives top award

OnCourse Learning Financial Services blog was the winner of a Platinum Award in the 2017 Hermes Creative Awards competition. It was one of four Hermes Awards that OnCourse Learning received.

“We’re very excited to be recognized with a prestigious Hermes Award for our financial services blog,” said Brett Shively, executive vice president of financial services for OnCourse Learning. “The blog is a great resource for financial services professionals who want to stay abreast of the latest issues and regulatory compliance news impacting their industry.”

OnCourse Learning launched the new Financial Services blog in April 2016 as part of a major redesign of the OnCourse Learning corporate website and Financial Services webpage. The blog provides industry news and compliance updates for professionals in the banking, credit union, mortgage, non-bank financial services and gaming industries.

“The blog helps OnCourse Learning promote its financial services content and brand to existing customers and potential new customers, and also provides valuable information to the public about new developments in the financial services industry,” according an award summary posted on the Hermes’ website.

The summary added the blog has “a pleasing design that incorporates stock photos, callouts and other graphic elements to highlight the content.”

The Financial Services division also received an Honorable Mention for an online Q&A with OnCourse Learning’s Brett Shively that was featured in Northpointe Bank’s Expert Interview Series.

OnCourse Learning also received two healthcare awards from Hermes for its Nurse.com magazine. Those include a Gold Award for its National Nurses Week magazine and a Gold Award for a nurse Job Satisfaction Infographic.
