In Module 1, students will review standards of conduct, including license maintenance, fees and charges, disclosures, and more. In Module 2, students will review prohibited conduct for licensees, unique areas of state law that address discrimination and mortgage fraud, as well as disciplinary actions that may be taken when violations of the law occur.
