About this Course

This course will take a look at the laws and regulations governing mortgage loan originators, lenders, and brokers doing business in South Carolina. In Module 1, students will review standards of conduct, including key terms, license maintenance, and more. In Module 2, students will review prohibited conduct for licensees, unique areas of state law that address information protection and reverse mortgage loans, as well as disciplinary actions that may be taken when violations of the law occur.

Before you are able to receive credit, you must also sign your Rules of Conduct document (ROC), which will be made available to you before your scheduled start time.
