This course covers general mortgage-related topics including federal lending legislation, mortgage products, key components of the mortgage loan origination process, and fundamentals of real estate transactions. Additionally, Arizona-specific laws and rules that govern Arizona mortgage brokers and mortgage loan originations are covered.

How it Works

This course is taught by a live instructor in a physical classroom setting and is designed to maximize instructor to student interaction.  Please note attendees must adhere to the following to receive credit for the course:

  • Present a government issued ID
  • Arrive at class and be ready to learn by the scheduled start time (includes returning after lunch)
  • Students who miss any portion of the class will not be given credit and will have to reschedule (and pay for) another event
  • Attain a passing grade on the course final exam
