This offer is available for members with the following military affiliation:
- Active-duty military
- Student of a U.S. Military academy
- Employees of the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service or National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration
- Veterans, retired military, current or former National Guard or Reservists
- Immediate family: spouse, father, mother, brother, sister, son or daughter of a Veteran, Guardsman, Reservist, or service member (living or deceased)
