Late CE: 1 Hour AZ SAFE: Arizona Mortgage Lending Compliance Updates (14344)

This course will take a look at the laws and regulations governing mortgage loan originators, lenders, and brokers doing business in Arizona. In Module 1, students will review standards of conduct, including license maintenance, fees and charges, electronic closings, and more. In Module 2, students will review prohibited conduct for licensees, unique areas of state law that address information protection and mortgage fraud, and the disciplinary actions that may be taken when violations of the law occur. The content for this course is the same as course ID 14344 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2023 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active license. Mortgage loan originators cannot take this course again for credit in 2024.
