Late CE: 1 Hour CT SAFE: Connecticut Mortgage Lending Compliance Updates (14424)

This course will take a look at the laws and regulations governing mortgage loan originators, lenders, and brokers doing business in Connecticut. In Module 1, students will review standards of conduct, including key definitions, compliance, and prohibited conduct. In Module 2, students will review unique areas of state law that address high-cost loans, nonprime home loans, and more. The content for this course is the same as course ID 14424 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2023 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active license. Mortgage loan originators cannot take this course again for credit in 2024.
