About this Course

This course will focus on the laws and rules that regulate mortgage loan originators, lenders, and brokers doing business in Idaho. Throughout this course, students will review fictionalized scenarios based on real regulatory decisions made by the Department of Finance in recent months, paired with a discussion of the relevant sections of Idaho law and regulations. This course satisfies the one hour Idaho specific continuing education requirement for loan originators, as specified by Idaho law. The content for this course is the same as course ID 10191 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2019 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active license. Mortgage loan originators who take this Late CE course are prohibited from taking course ID 10191 in 2020.
