Late CE: 1 Hour WA SAFE: Washington Mortgage Lending Compliance Updates (14320)

This course will take a look at the laws and regulations governing mortgage loan originators, lenders, and brokers doing business in Washington. In Module 1, students will review standards of conduct, including license maintenance, advertising standards, and limitations on fees and charges. In Module 2, students will review requirements for disclosures and prohibited conduct for licensees, as well as disciplinary actions that may be taken when violations of the law occur. The content for this course is the same as course ID 14320 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2023 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active license. Mortgage loan originators cannot take this course again for credit in 2024.
