About this Series
This is a practical training series designed to help mortgage professionals use artificial intelligence responsibly, confidently, and in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory expectations. Through mortgage-specific scenarios, learners will develop the skills to apply professional judgment to AI-assisted work, evaluate when and how AI can be used safely, verify outputs for accuracy and fairness, and respond appropriately when AI creates risk, uncertainty, or errors. By the end of the series, participants will be equipped to make sound AI-use decisions, maintain accountability for AI-assisted work, and follow proper documentation and escalation procedures when issues arise.
Course titles include:
- Using AI With Professional Judgment. This course teaches mortgage professionals how to apply human judgment and accountability when using AI in their work.
- Making Safe Decisions About AI. This course teaches mortgage professionals how to evaluate AI use cases, protect sensitive information, and verify AI outputs before taking action.
- Responding to AI-Related Concerns. This course teaches mortgage professionals how to identify AI-related risks, document issues appropriately, and follow the correct escalation process when problems arise.
