This course is written to fulfill the three-hour continuing education requirement for a review of Oregon insurance rules and legislation including recent changes and enforcement actions. The course will refresh the memories of currently licensed insurance agents regarding established law, as well as offer an overview of pertinent changes. The course is divided into three units covering generally applicable law, line-specific requirements, and recent changes and enforcement.
