Refund Policies

Mortgage HQ Subscriptions:

Refund requests for Mortgage HQ subscriptions must be received in writing or via e-mail by OnCourse Learning within (7) business days of the date of purchase. Refund requests made more than (7) business days from the date of purchase will not be honored. No refunds will be granted after a subscriber accesses Mortgage HQ.


Prep xL:

Refund requests for Prep xL must be received in writing or via e-mail by OnCourse Learning within (7) business days of the date of purchase. Refund requests made more than (7) business days from the date of purchase will not be honored. No refunds will be granted after a student accesses Prep xL.


Online Self-Paced Courses:

Refund requests for online self-paced courses must be received in writing or via e-mail by OnCourse Learning within seven (7) business days of the date of purchase. Due to state deadlines and frequent changes in course requirements, no refunds will be issued more than seven (7) business days after the date of purchase. Students requesting a refund after the seven-day refund period may receive a credit equal to the dollar amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one (1) year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months.


Online Instructor-Led Courses:

Refund requests for online instructor-led courses must be received in writing or via e-mail by OnCourse Learning within seven (7) business days of the date of registration AND a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the course start date. After the seven-day refund period or less than three (3) business days prior to the start date, students will be given a credit equal to the dollar amount of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No refunds or credits will be issued if a student has logged into the course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months.


Live or Webinar Courses:

Refund requests for Banking and NMLS-approved live and webinar courses must be received in writing or via e-mail to OnCourse Learning a minimum of three (3) business days prior to the course start date. No refunds will be issued less than three (3) business days prior to the start date. Students taking NMLS-approved Pre-License and Continuing Education courses may receive a credit equal to 100% of the original purchase to use toward the purchase of a future course. No refunds or credits will be issued after one year from the date of purchase. All credits must be used within 12 months.

Note: A $25 processing fee will be charged to anyone who signs up for a live or webinar course within 48 hours of the start of the class.


Live/Webinar Class Change Fee:

Live or webinar class change requests will be honored, at no cost, for all students who inform an OnCourse Learning Financial Services account representative three (3) or more business days prior to the course start date. Rescheduled class dates cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability.

A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged to any student who changes a Federal continuing education (CE) or pre-license (PE) live or webinar class date less than three (3) days of the course start date. Rescheduled class dates cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability.

A $25 rescheduling fee will be charged to any student who changes a State Law CE or PE live or webinar class date, within three (3) business days of the course start date. Rescheduled class dates cannot be guaranteed and will be based on availability.


Live/Webinar Class Cancellation Policy:

OnCourse Learning reserves the right to cancel any live or webinar course before the start of the class. An OnCourse Learning representative will notify students of cancellation via phone or e-mail. Students will then be eligible for a full refund of the cost of the course or credit toward another course of equal or lesser value. No partial refunds will be issued. OnCourse Learning will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred due to the cancellation of the course.
