Compliance training award highlights creative honors for marketing, recruitment solutions teams
BROOKFIELD, Wis. — OnCourse Learning has been recognized four times as part of the 2018 Hermes Creative Awards competition, including the highest honor, a Platinum Award, for the marketing of a financial services compliance training video.

The OnCourse Learning Financial Services team was honored with a Platinum Award in the Marketing (Product) category for its innovative, engaging approach to compliance training in the OnCourse Unplugged video.
The Unplugged series of courses uses an entertaining approach to compliance education that engages bank and credit union employees in a fun, creative way.
Three other OnCourse Learning entries won Gold Awards from Hermes, which honors professionals in print, digital, interactive and social media, along with public relations and communications.
In the E-Zine category, the recruitment solutions group was honored for the digital nursing publication, “DAISY Brings Meaningful Recognition to Nurses,” which highlights the popular DAISY Award program and other ways nurses recognize the compassionate care they provide to patients each day.
The digital edition was a joint venture between the DAISY Foundation and Nurse.com by OnCourse Learning. Proceeds from the guide enabled OnCourse Learning to make a $2,000 donation to the foundation in support of nurse-led research projects.
The Nurse.com blog was recognized in the Blog (Overall) category for its plethora of industry news, continuing education tools, employment resources and thought leadership content. The blog serves as a go-to source for nurses in numerous roles.
OnCourse Learning’s corporate marketing team won a Gold Award in the Magazine Placement category for an article published in the Scotsman Guide Residential, a leading resource for mortgage originators. The article, “Ease the Pain of Money Laundering,” was authored by OnCourse Learning VP of Governance, Risk and Compliance Jeff Kelly.
The article’s important content led Scotsman Guide Residential to produce a specialized graphic design to accompany it in both print and online publications.
