How to Get Your Real Estate License in Oregon in 4 Steps

4 Steps to getting your Broker License in Oregon

  1. Apply for a real estate broker license
    1. In order to apply for a broker license in Oregon, you must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma, GED, or international equivalent.
    2. Start the application process by registering for an account on the Oregon Real Estate Agency eLicense website and applying for a broker license (there is a $300 application fee). An Applicant ID number will be sent to your email address.
  2. Complete 150 hours of broker education
