OnCourse Learning and California Community Banking Network form partnership

BROOKFIELD, Wis. — OnCourse Learning Financial Services announced today a partnership with the California Community Banking Network (CCBN) to provide regulatory compliance training for members of CCBN.

The CCBN, through its membership, plays a vital role in creating an atmosphere under which all banks in the state can thrive, prosper and continue to serve their communities. In today’s highly regulated environment, banking professionals must have expert knowledge of the latest federal regulation changes in order to stay compliant and better serve customers.

Partnership benefits

“The partnership enables CCBN members to provide the industry’s most respected bank training for their employees,” said Brett Shively, president and CEO for OnCourse Learning. “Having highly trained bank employees gives bank managers the peace of mind to focus on offering the timely, personalized service their customers have come to expect.”

The OnCourse Learning 2019 Course Catalog for Banking offers hundreds of regulatory compliance training topics, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML),  Fair Lending Overview and Introduction to Human Trafficking.

CCBN designs educational programs, promotes connectivity among professional peers and advances legislative issues through boutique services that cultivate a supportive network for community bankers in California.

“With this OnCourse Learning alliance, our bankers will now have access to online courses and case studies in a wide variety of formats, including engaging videos on some of the most critical topics in the financial services industry,” said SVP of Member Services at CCBN John Lingvall.
