BROOKFIELD, Wis. — Career Webschool, by OnCourse Learning Real Estate, is pleased to announce the recent approval of its real estate continuing education courses by CE Marketplace, Michigan’s CE hub for real estate professionals.
While Michigan ended the requirement for preapproval of CE courses for real estate brokers and salespersons by the state’s Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) on Jan. 1, 2015, only courses now certified by CE Marketplace will be defended and supported in case of a license renewal audit, according to the CE Marketplace website.
“CE Marketplace certification of our real estate courses means they are trusted and applicable for the state of Michigan,” said Colleen Freihoff, the vice president of sales and business development for OnCourse Learning Real Estate. “Taking our CE Marketplace certified courses provides Michigan’s real estate professionals the peace of mind that they are receiving relevant, up-to-date information and that the courses will be counted toward the mandated minimum of 18 hours of continuing education required every three years,” she said.
