WAUKESHA, Wis. — OnCourse Learning is now offering the TREC Core Course for real estate agents in the state of Tennessee through Career WebSchool.
This new course meets the mandatory continuing education requirement set by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) for real estate agents in the state.
According to the official course description, “This mandatory TREC Core Course explores the topics of TREC law, rule and policy updates, agency, advertising, contracts, property management, disclosures, principal broker supervision and license recognition.”
With the addition of the TREC Core Course, Career WebSchool now has a full suite of Tennessee real estate continuing education courses to offer real estate agents who need their required courses for license renewal. All courses offered through OnCourse Learning’s Career WebSchool are online and self-paced.
In the state of Tennessee, real estate agents must renew their license every two years.
