Five-part series, webinar review how to manage employees from new hires to superstars

BROOKFIELD, Wis. —  Sales coaching experts agree most banks and credit unions succeed in providing customers with a good experience and competitive product offerings, but say many miss the target when it comes to managing and mentoring various types of employees.

To provide bank and credit union managers with time-tested ways to effectively interact with all levels of employees, OnCourse Learning Financial Services has developed a five-part article series and a webinar featuring three experts who have spent their entire careers onboarding and training financial institution employees.

Tom Carlin is managing partner at Eensight, which provides lending training solutions for financial services organizations. Eensight is one of OnCourse Learning’s valued partners.

Jack Hubbard is chairman and chief experience officer and Bob St. Meyer is president and COO at St. Meyer & Hubbard, a company that focuses on improving sales performance.

“As a part of our commitment to supporting, educating and providing value to our partners and our industry, this series showcases the talent and insight that the principals at Eensight and St. Meyer & Hubbard possess,” said Brett Shively, executive vice president of financial services for OnCourse Learning. “As a leader in regulatory governance, risk and compliance education within the financial services market, it’s imperative to address the relevant issues impacting the financial services workplace.”
