Late CE: 1 Hour UT-DRE SAFE: Utah Mortgage Lending Compliance Updates (14770)

This course will take a look at the laws and regulations governing mortgage loan originators and lenders doing business in Utah. In Module 1, students will review recent updates made to the Utah Administrative Code, regulations pertaining to license types and procedures, and requirements for lending managers. In Module 2, students will review state and federal restrictions on referrals, occupancy requirements for various loan types, and the disciplinary consequences of violating Utah mortgage law. The content for this course is the same as course ID 14770 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2023 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active license. Mortgage loan originators cannot take this course again for credit in 2024.
