Late CE: 2 Hour UT-DRE SAFE: The Latest Updates on Utah Mortgage Law (13607) (Online)

This course will take a look at the laws and regulations governing mortgage loan originators and lenders doing business in Utah. In Module 1, students will review recent updates made to the Utah Administrative Code, regulations pertaining to deceptive advertising and record retention, and requirements for lending managers. In Module 2, students will review regulatory actions taken by the Division in the past year, as well as relevant mortgage statutes related to the actions discussed. The content for this course is the same as course ID 13607 and is intended to satisfy CE requirements for 2023 or the last year a mortgage loan originator held an active license. Mortgage loan originators cannot take this course again for credit in 2024.
