OnCourse Rewards Questions

OnCourse Rewards is our customer loyalty program. As you make purchases online, you will earn 1 point per dollar spent. You can also earn points by sharing our site on Facebook or Twitter, as well as following our social media accounts. Those points can be redeemed for dollars that can be used on future purchases. OnCourse Rewards is a loyalty program designed for mortgage customers who purchase on our website at www.oncourselearning.com/mortgage.

When you shop with us online, you will automatically be enrolled in OnCourse Rewards. Anyone who has made a purchase on our website since January 1, 2020 will be automatically enrolled into OnCourse Rewards.

In addition to earning 1 point for every dollar you spend on purchases online, you can also earn points by sharing/following us on social, tell us your birthday and get a birthday reward, or refer a friend (coming soon). Keep up to date on all the ways to earn points by clicking on the Earn Points section within your Rewards page dashboard.

You can redeem rewards that you have earned during checkout.  You’ll see an option to Use Rewards Points located beneath your order summary on the checkout page.

No problem.  You can easily opt out by logging into your account, clicking on Settings in the upper left corner under your name in the Rewards dashboard, then click Opt Out of Oncourse Rewards.

No. Once you redeem your earned points for rewards towards a purchase, those points are non-refundable.

Yes. Your unused OnCourse Rewards points will expire after 24 months from the date of your most recent purchase. Be sure to redeem your points prior to the expiration date as your points are not transferrable...

Simply log in on our website and look for the Rewards link in the drop-down under your name. You’ll then be directed to your rewards dashboard where you can view your available points balance, your earning/redemption history, the various ways you can earn points, and the rewards you’ve earned.

At this time, OnCourse Rewards is only available for customers who purchase online.  We are working to expand the program to all of our customers by late summer.  If you wish to be a part of the program now, consider purchasing your courses on our website.
